Program inquiries
When you submit the planning form, Preceptor Digital Solutions receives your contact details, teaching and project information, and consent choices. We use them to review your inquiry and respond about relevant next steps. The website runs on Cloudflare; inquiries are passed securely to Preceptor Digital Solutions’s GoHighLevel account for contact management and follow-up.
Delivery and retention
If delivery is interrupted, the website temporarily keeps your submission to retry it. The website removes the queued content after the webhook acknowledges receipt. Contact and inquiry information remains in GoHighLevel so our team can handle the conversation. A limited submission record is retained for delivery troubleshooting.
Email choices
The required consent covers replies about your inquiry. Occasional marketing updates require the separate optional checkbox. You can ask us to stop follow-up by replying to an email; marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
Scheduling
After you submit the qualification form, the scheduling calendar loads so you can choose a call time. You can skip scheduling and return later. Booking information is handled by GoHighLevel and the connected scheduling services. Those services may use their own cookies to provide booking functionality.
Website measurement
We count page requests by date, page, and broad referral source. These totals are not unique visitor counts. This reporting does not store your full referring URL or IP address. Cloudflare may process connection and security information to deliver and protect the site. Administrator sign-in uses a necessary session cookie.
Your information
Please do not submit patient information, medical records, or other confidential personal records. To ask about the information you submitted or request a correction or deletion, reply to our inquiry response or use the planning form and select “Website and marketing,” noting that it is a privacy request.
